A narrow and elongated plot between medians. The desire of the owners to connect the different spaces. The restriction of buildable volume. The clear contrast between the access street - to the north and narrow - and the space of the last ones - to the south, extensive and with views to the orchards.
Sloping building with half floors that are related through the interior voids. Narrow openings to the north, which follow the street attire of the historic city. A single large hole to the south that adapts to the sun, light and extensive view of the orchards. Stepped section, with patios and terraces for views, light and sun to reach the entire length of the building.
Inner scale that commands; fragment; distributes and becomes a kitchen, dressing room or hall; it starts solid, continues light and curves when it reaches the deck.
